I've made some updates based on (much appreciated) feedback from players. I've added a couple more checkpoints to make some of the levels more forgiving, and I've added some code that should reduce the chance of you getting stuck on moving platforms. Maybe. Probably. Let me know if you encounter any other problems (including the problems that I've almost certainly introduced with this fix).
