Hi, Josh here! Comment your best times below! I'm particularly interested to see what people can do with level 4 - that one requires a bit of thought...
All times from my first playthrough. 00:02:08.10 00:01:42.52 00:05:38.02 00:02:16.68 69:48:25.29 00:00:00.00 00:03:39.88
Good game. I'm not too into platformers personally but this one was alright. Though, I feel I must say, the movement was difficult to get used to as it feels like "jump before you run" movement which I don't see all too much.
As for levels, yes, level 4 did require a "bit of thought." I would love to see someone skipping over the water in the second row third panel down. The level design of level 7 felt the best by far though. However, that last panel, the one in the screenshot, was a bit tough to get through.
I would hate to spoil the meat of the game so please forgive me for not talking too much about it. I must say, however, that I quite liked your interpretation of the... well... you know. I also love the hall of doors. I didn't realize at first what was happening and floundered for a moment.
Sorry for the long reply. I'm currently working on my first game for my senior art project.
Though slow to start, the game was good. Though if it weren't for your Reddit post I probably would've stopped at level 2. Keep on making, man!
